Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 12 Noon (PST) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) ship the same day.
• Confirmation email sent upon order placement, and another email with tracking details once shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US and Canada):

• Rates and times calculated and displayed during checkout.
• Shipping time estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping:

• Available to most countries outside the USA and Canada.
• Rates and times calculated and displayed during checkout.
• Import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding "at home sperm test kits" before purchase.
• Shipping time estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Order Status:

• Tracking information provided via email when the order ships.
• Allow 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

• Limitations with some carriers (e.g

., FedEx) shipping to P.O. Boxes.
